I'm Dr. Michelle Brown, A Licensed Psychotherapist and Owner/Founder of Hope & Harmony Transformation Counseling, PLLC.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples just like you to overcome depression, anxiety, build confidence, resolve conflict, communicate, and various other challenges for healthier functioning. With you being motivated and willing, we will work as a team to transform your life and promote growth, healing, and peace by teaching key techniques for a mindset shift.

Our individual sessions are great for those wanting to find a new way of observing and managing challenges. We understand life can be hard at any age which is why we see clients from the ages of 18-65. Whether you are transitioning to college, family dynamics are changing, drifting away from friends, depressed, anxious, frustrated with your career/business or relationships, or simply just need an emotional outlet to vent with guidance. We are here to help you manage the transitions of life.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Our couples sessions aid in bringing couples closer and helping one another to see a new perspective without losing their individuality. We provide support and emotional guidance to reduce conflict, address infidelity, and improve communication while creating healthy boundaries. It is possible to rebuild connection despite anger, stress, or any combination of relationship or marriage altering situations.

2) Start the work, therapy

Sign into your weekly or biweekly session, from the comfort of your own space and we will do the work together to reach your goals.

As you learn more about yourself in therapy, you will begin to implement new perspectives and use the tools you've learned for reduction in symptoms, form better relationships, and manage life transitions. You will gain an increase in your inner peace, happiness, and confidence.
